Our requirements
Must have:
3+ years of experience in IT analysis
Proficiency in Polish
Experience in conducting workshops and client interviews
Practical knowledge of relevant methodologies for developing software requirements and business processes
Proficiency in English – we work internationally, so that’s a must (excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow expressing arguments and explaining solutions to the general audience)
Practical knowledge of key business analysis tasks, elements and techniques
Practical knowledge of UX design and relevant tools (Figma, Axure or similar)
Your responsibilities
Owning the overall end-to-end process of analysis throughout cooperation with clients
Analysing customer requirements to define business weaknesses and opportunities
Creating user stories and producing functional specifications
Identifying, modelling and optimizing business processes
Conducting customized workshops for clients
Providing clients with directions for implementing complex IT solutions
Creating mockups of designed solutions
Collaborating with the team and PO to create intuitive, user-friendly software
