Błażej Piech

Chairman of the Board

Błażej Piech is a graduate of the Faculty of Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology. From 1996 he was active in the IT industry initially as an individual, then as a general partnership Comtech Błażej Piech Sylwester Kominek based in Warsaw, which was the basis for the creation of IPTech Polska Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw. In the years 2009-2011 he was the Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board, in the period 2011 – May 2013 he was a Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board (in the period 18 February 2013 – 14 May 2013 being temporarily delegated to the position of Chairman of the Issuer’s Management Board), and from 15 May 2013 he took the position of the Chairman of the Management Board.

Rafał Jagniewski

Vice-chairman of the Board

Rafał Jagniewski is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics and Informatics at the University of Gdańsk. He holds the MBA title – Center for Management Development at the University of Warsaw. From 2000 to December 2007 he worked as a Finance Director, and from 2001 to December 2007 he was also a Member of the Management Board at Computer Service Support S.A. with headquarters in Warsaw. From December 2007 to February 2009 he was a Member of the Management Board and Financial Director of Comp S.A. based in Warsaw (formerly Comp Safe Support SA). From October 2009 he has been the Vice-chairman of the Issuer’s Management Board. Privately titled bridge player, International Grandmaster (PZBS), World Master (WBF), player of Bridge24.pl Warsaw.

Sylwester Wójcik

Vice-chairman of the Board

Sylwester Wójcik is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Since 1997, he has been associated with the IT industry, in particular with software companies Computer Associates, Microsoft, IBM and integrators. In managerial positions since 2004, responsible for sales and business development. In 2016-2020, he was responsible for the sale of IBM’s integration services to the telecommunications sector in Oman and Qatar. After returning to Poland, he was associated with Samsung and Lenovo. Privately, an avid sea angler, diver and lover of off-road trips.

Wojciech Wolny

Member of the Supervisory Board

Wojciech Wolny is a graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. Wojciech Wolny is the originator and founder of the Euvic Technology Group, one of the largest federations of IT companies in Central Europe, the finalist of the Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year 2014” competition. Wojciech Wolny is currently the Chairman of the Management Board in the companies: Euvic Sp. z o.o., Euvic IT S.A., Edge One Solutions Sp. z o.o. and Corporate Connections Polska. Wojciech Wolny also serves on the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: Clickad S.A., Etisoft Smart Solutions Sp. z o.o., Euvic Solutions S.A., Madkom S.A., Hycom S.A., Komex S.A., Euvic Energia Sp. z o.o.

According to the statement submitted to the Company, Wojciech Wolny does not conduct any activity competitive to the Issuer, and does not participate in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership or any other partnership or as a member of a governing body of a competitive company or a member of a governing body of any other competitive legal entity. Wojciech Wolny is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register and has no criminal record. Mr. Wojciech Wolny is related to a shareholder holding at least 5% of the total number of votes in the company (Euvic S.A.).

Krzysztof Zawadzki

Member of the Supervisory Board

Krzysztof Zawadzki graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Economics in Katowice, postgraduate studies in International Financial Reporting Standards organized by the Warsaw School of Economics and Ernst & Young Academy of Business, as well as in accounting and finance and taxes at the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw. He completed doctoral studies at the University of Economics in Kraków. He is a certified auditor.

Krzysztof Zawadzki is currently the Finance and Economic Director at EUVIC Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Gliwice.

He is an experienced member of the management boards of public companies. In the years 2020-2021 he was the Chairman of the Management Board at ELQ S.A. with its seat in Częstochowa; in the years 2016-2018 he was a Member of the Management Board – CFO at SARE S.A. with its seat in Rybnik; in 2016 he was a Member of the Management Board – CFO at KOPEX S.A. with its seat in Katowice; from 2009 to 2015 he was the Vice-Chairman of the Management Board Chief Financial Office at Tauron Polska Energia S.A. with its seat in Katowice. In the period 1996-2015 he sat on the Supervisory Boards of many companies.

Piotr Muszyński

Member of the Supervisory Board

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wrocław and the Advanced Management Program organized by IESE Business School/University of Navarra and Stanford Executive Program Stanford University, Palo Alto CA.

In Orange Polska (formerly Telekomunikacja Polska) since 2001, initially as Director of the Customer Service Division, in 2005-2006 Director of the Service and Sales Division, 2006-2008 Executive Director of the TP Group for Service and Sales. In 2008, he was appointed Member of the Management Board of TP for Operations, in 2009 as Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations, and from 2016 to 2018 he was Vice-President of the Management Board for Strategy and Transformation of Orange Polska S.A.

Currently, he runs his own business and consultancy focused on the development of information society infrastructure and services. Shareholder and CEO of the FixMap investment company. Shareholder of the technological company Synestica.

Piotr Muszyński is a member of the Committee of Electronics and Telecommunications of the Polish Academy of Sciences and social adviser to the President of Employers of Poland for ICT.

For his professional achievements, he was awarded, among others: as the manager of the year twice in 2010 and 2011 with the Golden Antenna of the Telecommunications World award and the Golden Cyborg at the National Telecommunications and Teleinformatics Symposium 2011 – for his outstanding contribution to the development of the information society.

Interests: ICT technology, politics, sport shooting.

Tomasz Misiak

Member of the Supervisory Board

Tomasz Misiak is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics, IESE Business School, Global Leadership Seminar Georgetown University and Global CEO Program.

The founder of Work Service S.A., a leader in the HR services market in Central Europe, listed on the Stock Exchange. In the years 1999–2007 he was the Vice-Chairman of the Management Board, then until 2019 the President of the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. He was also a member of the Supervisory Boards of the companies: Exact Systems Sp. z o.o., IT Kontrakt Sp z o.o., Finance Care Sp. z o.o., Telakces Com Sp. z o.o., MM Conferences S.A., which is a company listed on New Connect. He was also a member of the Supervisory Boards of the companies: Hawe S.A., IDM S.A.

He was the Chairman of the Świat Idei Foundation, the publisher of the Polish edition of Project-Syndicate. He is the Owner and Managing Partner of Mizyak Investment Fund LTD.

Since 2012, he has been the Vice-President of Employers of Poland, and since 2014, a member of the Polish Business Roundtable.

Pan Tomasz Misiak jest absolwentem Akademii Ekonomicznej we Wrocławiu, IESE Business School, Global Leadership Seminar Georgetown University oraz Global CEO Program.

He has extensive experience in social and political activities. After a period of activity in student organizations, he started local government activity in the Wrocław City Council, where he was the President of the Economic Initiatives Committee. In 2005–2011, as a Senator of the Republic of Poland, he was the President of the Economy Committee and participated in the work of the Commission of the European Union.

He has been awarded numerous business prizes, including Teraz Polska, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Entrepreneurship Leader, or Market Leader, Manager of the Year.

He deals with economic and strategic consulting, in particular for the family fund Investment Mizyak Corp.

Currently, he is a member of the Supervisory Boards of the following: Personnel Service S.A., Antal Sp. z o.o., GMZ.co Sp. z o.o. (owner of intymna.pl), Goldgreen Sp. z o.o.

Jacek Kujawa

Member of the Supervisory Board

Jacek Kujawa is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronic Computing Machines at the Kiev Polytechnic Institute, and also holds an MBA (Canadian Institute of Management). During the last three years, Jacek Kujawa has been the Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Management Board of Cube.ITG Spółka Akcyjna (until 2015), and currently serves as the Chairman of the Management Board of Omnilogy Sp. z o. o.
