IT equipment warranty service
eo Networks S.A. has the status of an Authorized Service Partner entitling to warranty repairs of devices on behalf of producers of computer hardware and printing devices.
Warranty repairs are carried out both at the Service Center (carry in) and at the Customer's place (on site). The manner in which the repair is carried out depends on the conditions that the equipment buyers are offered by the producer.
eo Networks S.A. Service Center received a positive evaluation during the Quality Management System Certification Audit for compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard in the scope of: "Provision of installation and maintenance services of computer hardware and peripheral devices. Implementation and management of IT services "
We have the following statuses:
- Brother Authorized Service Partner for warranty repairs and technical support of office equipment
- Integrator of the B-GUARD print cost management system.
- Xerox Authorized Partner Service for warranty repairs and technical support of office equipment
- Xerox Bussines Service Partner for repairs and technical support of Office Equipment
- Samsung Authorized Service Partner in the area of warranty repairs of printing devices and scanners.
- Lenovo Authorized Service Partner for warranty repairs of Think Series products. Post-warranty repairs of the Idea series products.
Post-warranty service of printing and copying equipment (Xerox, Samsung, Brother, HP, Lexmark, Kyocera, Konica-Minolta, OKI, Tektronix) and computer hardware (Lenovo, DELL, HP, Samsung, Asus, Acer)
