BioCloner Health
Strategic Workshop for Innovation in 3D Bioprinting

Challenge
BioCloner Health is the dynamically developing team behind Poland’s first 3D implant bioprinter. Their goal? Shaping the future of medicine through the development of proprietary technologies, collaboration with physicians, and implementation of innovative solutions in surgery and pharmacy.
The team has impressive technological and scientific successes behind it, as well as clearly defined product goals.
Main challenges of the project:

Gathering everyone
ideas and directing actions
into a coherent narrative

Clarifying which
customers are worth targeting
with the offer

Identifying which elements
of the product strategy can
be strengthened

Translating certain visions
into specific communication
and business activities
BioCloner Health joined our Product Strategy Discovery campaign to partner with us to prioritize our products and see which ideas are worth developing first.

Solution
The workshop resulted in a set of specific tools that enabled the BioCloner Health team to further refine and strengthen their chosen product development path – both strategically and operationally.

The workshop helped distill all the ideas into a clear concept that connects the innovation of the technology with the everyday challenges of our customers. The team strengthened the foundation on which further decisions can be built—from communication to feature development.

Through collaborative analysis, we identified the segments and niches where BioCloner technology could play the greatest role. This made it easier to tailor the language and value proposition to the needs of specific groups.

We’ve simplified the way we talk about technology—so that its value is clear regardless of the audience’s level of expertise. This is crucial when talking to business partners, investors, and research institutions.

The team left the workshop with a plan that can be implemented immediately: new hypotheses and paths for further development. This provides a basis for testing ideas in practice.

We thank the BioCloner Health team for their trust, openness, and partnership. This is a project that combines science with market, technology with empathy, and data with mission.
