The atmosphere of safety and peer exchange played a key role in the workshop. The EO team did not judge us, but asked questions that allowed us to find answers on our own. A bit like with a psychologist – you don’t get advice, only questions. This approach created space for openness and reflection, and at the same time helped us develop specific decisions that were fully consistent with our values and goals.
After the workshop we felt positively tired, but above all we gained confidence in the direction we were heading. The workshops helped us implement changes that better reflect our unique vision. This in turn improved cooperation with subcontractors and increased the effectiveness of activities, especially in the field of SEO. It was definitely time well invested.
