For me, EO is a group of amazing people who really like working together and who you can always rely on. Everyone here is treated individually and more like a “family member” than an “employee”. In everyday work, EO gives us a lot of freedom, allows us to constantly improve, test new working methods and focus on what works best. An ideal place for people who do not like to stand still and for whom it is important that their voice matters!
When I started working at EO fifteen years ago, it never occurred to me that I would stay this long. I appreciate the company for the fact that I have been able to develop all this time. I carry out projects in international teams, always in a group of top-class specialists. In fact, I could have it in other companies as well. However, EO with its non-corporate atmosphere allows me to constantly feel that my voice matters. Together, we are building a space here to achieve our goals.
What I value the most in EO is the contact with extraordinary people I have met here and the friendly atmosphere that has been maintained from the very beginning. Here it is possible to combine people focused on their tasks with those who live in team cooperation and find a positive drive for everyone.
I like EO because it gives me both freedom of action and technical support and the possibility of continuous development. My decisions have a real impact on the company’s success.
