Working with eo Networks was a true pleasure. I’m glad because it’s the company I worked for years ago, and they haven’t lost any of the quality and customer-focused approach I’ve maintained since the company’s inception. I was very surprised by the fact that they actually apply the techniques I teach others (and, incidentally, I also taught EO). They started by gathering and understanding my context. They asked me questions about my customers—how do they reach me? What channels do I use to sell? What’s truly key to my business? Based on this, and an analysis of my old website, they proposed solutions that were not only spot-on but far superior to what I might have proposed myself… and also very visually appealing. From start to finish, we worked in a very pleasant atmosphere of collaboration, while also understanding the limitations and needs of both parties. I can’t imagine creating a product in a better atmosphere or more effectively than what EO did.
