Our requirements
Must have:
4+ years of experience in Product Design with proven project portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications
Proficiency in Polish
Practical knowledge of OKR’s method
Experience with conducting research to analyze and discover the market
Deep understanding and expert knowledge of user-centred design methods, frameworks and processes
Expertise in data analysis to derive meaningful conclusions
Good organization skills and ability to work within the Team
Proficiency in English – we work internationally, so that’s a must(excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow expressing arguments and explaining solutions to the general audience)
Ability to refine product strategy through a deep understanding of product objectives, recognizing opportunities, and prioritizing decisions that enhance the overall product, not just individual features
Experience in facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions
Deep understanding of Product Discovery Process
Proficiency in Figma, Axure or similar tools
Familiarity with design thinking techniques, service design, and research methods that enable the customization of work methodologies to meet the unique needs of clients
Your responsibilities
Working with key clients on the strategy for developing innovative digital products and services, both in corporate and startup environments
Designing and leading workshops on Product discovery/UX Strategy/Service Design
Creating user stories and producing functional specifications
Identifying, modeling and optimizing business processes
Creating prototypes and product mockups using various tools and technologies
Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions
Collaborating with sales team in acquiring new clients
Producing Functional Specifications consisting of customer requirements, decomposed into system requirements
Driving and overseeing the entire product design process, starting from gathering the needs, market analysis, research, to conceptualization, prototyping, visual design, UX, UI, ensuring full ownership at every stage of the project (you can always rely on our support 😊
Conducting research to analyze and discover markets, as well as designing and performing research with clients and users
Creating mockups of designed solutions
Designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) based on best design practices
Testing solutions and ideas with targeted user groups to verify and optimize products
Analyzing customer requirements, understanding business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and providing direction for implementing complex IT solutions
Collaborating with stakeholders and project teams for effective product development
